Get active and stay healthy through our Exercise and Fitness initiative.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and the World Health Organisation (WHO) recommend we each get 20 minutes of moderate exercise every day, but often our working lives are not aligned with this goal. Industry research also suggests that exercise improves the symptoms of mild depression and can even prevent a relapse in depression. It’s important to make time to exercise, stay fit and improve your overall physical and mental health.
